Used to come here very loyally because the staff was friendly and helpful, and they did a good job. Now the staff has changed. The new staff are unfriendly and cold. Not a huge deal, but they also try to tell you parts on your car are bad when they aren't. They told me my battery was bad and they could replace it right away; I took it to two other places and they said the battery was good as new. They also told me my fuel filter was rusted and needed to be changed, when I changed it myself under a year ago. Will not go back here again.
Now called Mister, but still loved the service and car wash. I also really appreciate the free vacuuming you get with any car wash!
Went to wash my wife's brand new 2011 Toyota rav4 and the brushes put 13 scratch marks all down the passenger side from the front bumper to the back bumper on October 1,2011. One of the workers noticed this and asked if everything was ok. I explained the situation and we filled out a written report. I will be calling the manager Jason Jacobs monday October 3,2011 morning and see what he does to fix my vehicle. I gave them 1 star but will change my rating if this gentleman does right by me.
I worked there in 1994 and we really tried to do the best we could. The management was different then. Sorry to hear that the place has gone downhill. We worked on commission then and maybe that's the difference. I made some lifelong friendships working there and we had a really good time.
This place is GARBAGE. Rude, unhelpful staff who do not take any responsibility for their mistakes. If you go here beware. You will get screwed
